- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 apples peeled and quartered
- 1 1/4 cups warm water

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar.
- Secure lid and select "Soup" or "90" or blend on a High speed for 90 seconds.
I agree that we should remove the seeds. They contain cyanide. Even though the amount is considered to be minute, why would you knowingly introduce poison to your body?
I would replace the caramel with medjool dates. Can’t wait to try!!

Actually, the cyanide in apple seeds is linked with benzaldehyde, and in combination, they are actually a cancer fighter. Eat your apple seeds. in moderation, they ARE GOOD for you.

The amount of apple pips necessary to introduce a toxic amount of cyanide would be about 1# of nothing but apple seeds. Nonetheless, having said that, I agree it’s not all that much work to delete the seeds!
