Quick and easy for a single pensioner with zero cooking skills. Bought my broccoli florets from Costco and increased the cheese to 5 oz. It was good!
I have tried several soup recipes with my Blendtec as a matter of fact I created a recipe ebook. For instant download check it out http://gum.co/soup
This is not my experience. This soup was delicious. I aways spice the spice up the recipies with Mrs Dash and hot sauce. Costco sells broccoli florets in a large bag. Quick and tasty!!
I tried this recipe today and it turned out very creamy and flavorful. I used chicken broth cube instead of vegetable broth. I steamed my broccoli with carrots, onions, garlic, parsley and peppers. I used both cheddar and pepper jack. I used carnation milk versus water.
