Hi I have just bought the Blendtec and decided to grind vegetables up for to make soup in a pan ? I have ground down everything 10 carrots , 10 potatoes, 1 small turnip, 2 sticks of celery , 2 small onions, and 1/2 leek. I used the button soups ,syrups and fondu to liquid ise then transfer to a Pan?
Where have I went wrong as it just looks bad and my wife says it tastes bad. ??
    Any ideas .

I tried your pepper jack (but didn’t double) and used Alim’s suggestions below for extra veggies (minus the bell pepper) but not the extra chili or cumin. I liked the kick of the pepper jack, but my daughter didn’t.

I think the bland complainers below are used to onion. Sometimes I just don’t want to mess with it. These suggestions help alleviate the bland issue.

You did 32 ounces weight. This is volume, because it is meant to fit in the blender cup, get a 4 cup measuring cup or a quart size jar and fill it up with broccoli, not tightly packed.

Mine was very watery. I could drink it. What can I do differently. I did one head of broccoli, 1c water, 1c broth. Taste was good but it was like a juice.

  • Blendtec

You can thicken it with flour, cornstarch, cream, milk, potatoes, cooked rice, white beans. Anyone else have any ideas for Marian?
