Tried these this morning. So very good!! I love cinnamon so I upped it to a teaspoon. My 5 year old granddaughter ate two! So easy to make!! I will definitely be doing these again!
Followed recipe to a tee, but mine turned out a bit bitter. Any idea why?
Could be because of old baking powder or rancid almonds.
These pancakes were OK if you are vegan, but I have had much better healthy pancakes. I was looking for something to use my almond meal left over from making almond milk and I thought the almond chocolate chip cookies were a much better use for them.
My husband is allergic to almonds. What can i use to replace them?
