I omitted cilantro because I don’t like the flavor and used chicken stock because it’s what I had. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as described, and it came out delicious!
i thought the same thing. disappointed to say the least.
I used fresh garlic and mozzarella cheese, also added 2 slice of lemon, the flavor was great, but soup was just warm. I ran it on soup second time, so it did become a good soup temperature. Question to Blendtec: "May I use hot water instead of warm?"
BTW, on other times I added spinach, cabbage, changed proportions, etc. it was good every time. We like to have variations!
What is a "chunk" of pepper jack cheese?
Also, if I used canned diced tomatoes, how much would I use? Half a can?
did you ever find out how much of these ingredients to add?
