- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla whole-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 banana
- 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions
- Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed.
- Secure lid and select "Ice Cream" or blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 30 seconds.
I always use honey in place of agave nectar. You could never go wrong and it’s healthier for you.
What causes chronic migraines? Stevia? coconut sugar? Just making sure because I get migraines.
