Hi folks. I just bought a blendtec 575 model. I made this recipe as described, and now have a broken gasket in the bottom of the jar under the blade. I am left with 1 jar of delicious almond butter that cost me $400. I am not a happy customer.

give them a call, they will warranty it. Or if you just bought it, try taking it back to the store you bought it at (if brick and mortar type) and exchange it. Mine just crapped out and I have a 675, but it’s 2 years old, have to call the 800 number myself

So sorry! That shouldn’t happen. Please give our customer service team a call at 1-800-748-5400 and they’ll take care of you.

What is a twister jar? Or for that matter a wild side jar?

  • Blendtec

They are two of our jars that can be used on any of our blender models. The Twister jar is ideal for smaller, thicker blends. You can learn more about it here: http://www.blendtec.com/jar… The WildSide+ jar is a little bigger than our FourSide jar and has a fifth side. Learn more here: http://www.blendtec.com/jar… Hope this helps!
