I love my blender and use it every day. Thank you for the great recipes. I purchased a reconditioned one, and it works great. My son was so impressed with the blender, he ordered one. I wish you has some sort of student discount. My daughter is in grad school (no money and little time) and your blender would be great for quick healthy smoothies. Thank you.

Love my Blendtec, it is 9 years old and still going strong :)
My husband has been diagnosed with Diverticulitis therefore no nuts and seeds of any kind.
So I am looking for recipes without any nuts and seeds
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you

Now you guys are finally starting to get on the right path! These are better smoothies than you normally come up with. Only a reasonable amount of fruit, no added sugar, and the inclusion of other good foods with the use of stevia (although if people are using a pure stevia, 1/4 teaspoon would be totally undrinkable…the scoop is minute, about the size of half a green pea and it would take about 3 or so for these). Keep up the good work!

These recipes look great but I would like to know the sugar content
