Would like to know nutrient counts, not just calorie count, I.e., carbs, sugars, fat etc
Lots of people avoiding gluten and dairy these days—very surprised to see all the oats and granola in so many of these—and the yogurt. All of these have one or the other. What else is possible?
I love my blendtec and I promise not to blend a cell phone in it!
Thank you for more recipes. Keep ’em coming…
Thank you for these wonderful “free” recipes!
Use Chia Seeds, nuts, or flax seed to add protein instead of the oats and granoloa. I never use yogurt in smoothies anymore – use almond milk or soy milk plus a half of a banana … and I sweeten with agave nectar when I want more … I also never use ice – I just use frozen fruit (cut into bite size pieces before frozen) – enjoy mixing things up to your own liking
