1 orange, peeled and halved
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup fresh spinach
¼ cup high-protein granola
2 cups ice cubes

    Thank you for your recipe, for better sweetener option use coconut sugar, it is great even for diabetics, it has low glycemic index
    nuts can be replaced by flakes of barley, it is so healthy, it contains so many heart full nutrients on top of good fibers

    Just bought the classic 570 Blendtec at Costco, Timmy Mack did a fantastic job selling this blender but in all his recipes he added ice cubes none are mentioned in yours why?
