Mango Pineapple Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 orange peeled and halved
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste) optional

Instructions
- Add ingredients to Twister, FourSide, Mini WildSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Ice Cream" cycle or blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then on a Medium-High speed for 30 seconds and serve.
I could not get this to blend. It just kept getting air pockets. I kept adding orange juice until I just gave up. It was still super tasty though, just lots of small mango chunks.
I use the Twister jar and it came our beautifully. I think if you use the regular or Wildside jar, you have to scrape a lot. The pineapple should be frozen. Adding more juice or using fruit that isn’t frozen will result in soupy….but still delicious.
Made this in my Wildside jar. I used frozen mango and frozen pineapple, and added a little almond milk. It came out creamy and delish!
I am sure it ead as good as you say. But when you ad milk of any kind, then it is no longer a sorbet.
I have the Blendtec 570 and doesn’t have the "ice cream" setting, what setting do I use to make this sorbet?
