- 1 medium orange peeled
- 1/2 medium lemon peeled
- 1 medium carrot about 80 grams
- 1 medium apple cored
- 1 cup kale tightly packed
- 1 cup spinach tightly packed
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger peeled (about 1"x1" piece)
- 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
- Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Blend on "Whole Juice" cycle or on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
I like blending kale, fruit with protein powder. Taste great, just don’t look at the color. You won’t want to drink it.
Use spinach. Taste better.
Try Red Russian Kale it has a sweet aftertaste when juiced. I was pleasantly surprised.
CItrus is a big no no for me
