I’m pretty well beyond the 20 years. I don’t have any idea why you would assume that I’m not. Vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian for many of those years. However, unlike yourself, I don’t consider my specific diet as the only diet people can have. It sounds like you have no idea what it is like to be poor. Many people can not afford to feed their family organic foods. Just because you can, does not mean ever family can. So when people like you state things like non-organics are like "eating pesticides," those people will not see a benefit in eating produce. Do you even have any idea what it would cost to feed a family of 4 all organic foods? Or are you basing food prices on a couple of retirees that "eat healthy all the way"? I don’t even know how "eating healthy all the way" makes it any cheaper than not eating healthy all the way, since most unhealthy foods are cheaper than healthy foods. It costs much less to make hamburger helper than it does to make an organic vegetable casserole. If you don’t think that is the case, then you are really don’t have any idea what you are talking about.
All I was asking was to stop spreading disinformation. You aren’t doing anyone a service by saying things that are completely false, like "Everything has to be organic or you are tasting and drinking pesticide." That is completely false. You do know that many organic farms use pesticides right?

"GMO foods are extremely unhealthy." Again. Completely false. Simply the fact that you lump all Genetically Modified Organisms as one entity shows that you really don’t have any idea what you are talking about. You are just reiterating information you have found on the internet.
"“We have not fed a group of humans GMO foods for their whole lives, and another group non-GMO foods for their whole lives, with sufficient numbers to determine statistically whether the two groups are different in their health status or development of illness,” says Martha Grout, M.D., President-Elect of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.""
I am not for GMO foods and Non-organic foods. However I am against disinformation. We know you are great and all, but based on your somewhat nonsensical opinions, you are definitely not the authority on agriculture.

Can you tell me if the color will be light green like your photo when it’s made ? I’ve made some green smoothies before and it turns to a not too appetizing dark green. Thanks

  • Blendtec

The color shown here is exactly what we got from this recipe. Happy blending!
