Shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Was phenomenal!!
Made this for my husband and I tonight, but I used a Serrano chili. It was great and filling! Even the kiddos loved it. Two thumbs up.
Great idea…I thought about doing the same thing?
I used fire roasted tomatoes(canned), added 1 whole carrot, a lot of cilantro. 1cup 1/2 water and 1/2 cup heavy cream.——-no wonder that I am totally addicted to this! I mean totally! it is to die for. the fire roasted tomatoes make the difference and the increase in the amount of cilantro.
Delicious! Love this recipe. Added a bit of milk to give it some body, and used cream cheese instead of pepper jack. Stirred in cooked quinoa and corn. Delish! :)
