Sounds great & easy and thank you for the ‘Variations’ section!
Can dehydration be done with an open oven for a lower temperature?
If I use maple syrup instead of agave nectar, what is the substitution ratio?
Wow! This is the most delicious treat ever!!!! The recipe is super easy and turned out better than expected. My kids and husband can’t get enough! Highly recommend! I actually didn’t have peaches, so I made it using all strawberries along with strawberry flavored agave as the sweetener. Super delicious!!!!!
Oh, and I also added the lemon juice as recommend in the recipe.
I make fruit roll ups all the time in my Excalibur dehydrator using just fresh organic RIPE fruit! There’s absolutely no need to add a sweetener if you are using quality ingredients.
