Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 mangoes pitted and peeled (approximately 2 c)
  • 1 avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.

To make this recipe in the WildSide+ jar, double the ingredient amounts.

    Ok, I am a newbie at smoothies with a WildSide jar. Why do I need to double the ingredients with a WildSide as stated under "Variations"….would rather not to lessen the volume….just curious, Thanks

    instead of diluting the taste of the smoothie by adding ice – freeze the chunks of mango and pineapple beforehand.
