- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla whole-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 banana
- 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions
- Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed.
- Secure lid and select "Ice Cream" or blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 30 seconds.
So? Have 4 servings of 1 cup instead. That is a good sized bowlful.
Try raw unpasteurized and unhomogonized milk. It has natural enzymes in it that help prevent lactose intolerance.
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
I use pure powered stevia. Start with 3 to 5 scoops. The scoops are very small….about 1/4 inch in diameter and about 1/8 inch deep or less. If it is bitter, you’ve used too much. It’s much healthier for you than xylitol and much sweeter than agave nectar, which I can’t even taste the sweetness with.
I agree with Patti about the stevia! It sounds like she may be using Kal brand, based on the measurement she specified. I find it to be the best brand of stevia – best taste and takes such a small amount. Seems pricey at first glance, but lasts forever and is actually much cheaper to use, ( & I’ve used lots of brands, trying to find the "right" one!)
