Can I use butter instead of shortening?
I don’t have a batter option, is there a way to replicate using pulse?
I always substitute coconut oil for shortening and get great results.
Thanks Leah! Would that be a 1:1? 3/4C = 3/4C
I love this recipe. I added 2 tablespoons of sour cream to milk instead of using buttermilk and added 5 drops of lemon essential oil to batter.
