Instructions
- Add ingredients to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar.
- Blend on a Low speed for 20 seconds; twist lid counterclockwise while blending.
Note: If making this recipe in the FourSide jar, double the ingredients. If making this recipe in the WildSide+ jar, triple the ingredients.
You can usually just double the recipe for other jars to accommodate the Wild Side jar. The Blendec comes with the recipe book that has recipe examples for both the Wild Side and Four Side jar, the Twister jar is smaller than the Four Side jar as far as I know, and that is the only change they usually mention between the Wild Side and Four Side variations, just doubling the recipe.
I fully agree on the extra jars – ridiculously expensive! Recently there was a "$30 off Sale" on the special jar for dips and Hummus (Chickpea paste), but $110 less $30 is still $80, plus shipping….. I’m not impressed.
I only have the wild side also but just put the ingredients in and pulse it until it is well blended and it is no big deal. I have had mine for over a year and I use it almost every day and just get creative and you will love it. The only problem is I need to put in ear plugs. I think I may be getting some hearing loss.
You don’t need to have the smaller twister jar to make this…just use the wildside. It works just as well.
The twister jar is a really small jar (meaning the blade and bottom of the jar are also small not just its height )which comes in handy when blending small quantities like this Aioli. I love the twister jar.
