Made a couple of changes that I think have improved this wonderful smoothly. First, I used pineapple juice instead of water and the pineapple chunks. I rarely use any other juice in a smoothly as it is the only juice that I can find that is non-pasteurized. It is also sweet enough that I’ve been able to eliminate the agave nectar. Second, I added half a large avocado to make it smoother. Enjoy
I eat sugar by the mouthful and run ultra marathons and I’m 67 years old. No diabetes here.
Shut up.
