Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 carrots halved
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

    Made a couple of changes that I think have improved this wonderful smoothly. First, I used pineapple juice instead of water and the pineapple chunks. I rarely use any other juice in a smoothly as it is the only juice that I can find that is non-pasteurized. It is also sweet enough that I’ve been able to eliminate the agave nectar. Second, I added half a large avocado to make it smoother. Enjoy
