Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 carrots halved
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

    They squeeze the juice out and heat it up to remove the water content like the same process as sugar cane and maple one process. It’s low gi I use that and honey. Stivia has to be processed more because it’s a small leafy plant. Has to be juiced dried stabilized so it remains in that form.but right on about honey. I love my small bee farm.

    Blendtec should add a servings calculator. This would be very helpful for single folks like me :-).

    The calories quoted in these smoothies are incorrect. 2 cups of cantaloupe, 1 c of pineapple and 1/2 banana is way more than 77 calories. I just bought a blendtec and am very disappointed that your information on recipes are inaccurate. Makes me a bit concerned about the product itself.
