Chia seed is a good egg replacement, 1 tbsp. equals 1 egg. You need to soak the chia seed before using.

I have a blendtec wheat grinder, but no blender. How do I mix this??

  • Blendtec

Hi, Kellie! Unfortunately, this recipe was created for a Blendtec blender, not the Kitchen Mill.

What if my Blendtec (Classic 570) doesn’t have a "batter" button – is there any other way? :/
