Can you do this recipe in the wild side jar because I tried it and it left lumps

I make this in my Wild Side Jar all the time. (usually use two bananas) I use a little bit of milk (we usually do a little less than 1/4 cup; but you have to adjust for the size of the banana) per banana. Also, I chop the banana into 1" chunks; I think the quartered is way too big. And some strawberry puree on top is amazing! Get a bag of frozen organic strawberries and nuke it (obvi take out of bag and put into microwave safe bowl) and it makes a great topping. Depending on your palate you may want to add sugar to the strawberries, but no need for liquid. My wife likes to chop strawberries and stick them in all fancy style. Go crazy with it. Also, you may have to open the lid and spatula it around once or twice…. thats the price we have to pay for not shelling out the extra $100 for a twister… and Im fine with that! And dont use the automated settings… For frozen stuff keep between 1 and 3 for best results. Think of the slushy machine… slow and even.

thats not true at all. I do this in my wild side all the time and it comes out perfect. You just have to use a spatula once or twice.

why when my blendtec dies, i’m buying a vitamix. i’ve been SUPER pro-blendtec all along. the more i watch side-by-side comparisons (which my friend and are doing for our own edification), i’m going vitamix next time.
