Almond Hummus Recipe
Put a twist on your traditional hummus by making it with almond pulp.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 1 clove garlic quartered
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Twister jar in order listed and place Twister lid on jar.
- Hold Twister lid and with other hand press speed up to "Speed 1".
- Turn Twister lid counterclockwise during blending. Stop at 20 seconds.
Note: Yields 1½ cups.

Do you sell a cover for the noise
We do not sell a cover.
I just paid retail for a blendtec 570 with four-side jar for $300. It irks me that I now need to purchase an $80 twister jar for many of these recipes. The in-store demonstrator said you don’t need a tamper like Vitamix, however you say below you will need to "stop and scrape the sides." What a racket. At least Ninja includes all the jars you could possibly need.
