Put a twist on your traditional hummus by making it with almond pulp.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 1 clove garlic quartered
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Twister jar in order listed and place Twister lid on jar.
- Hold Twister lid and with other hand press speed up to "Speed 1".
- Turn Twister lid counterclockwise during blending. Stop at 20 seconds.

Do you need the twister jar to make hummus? Will the regular ones work too?
The Twister jar is not necessary for making hummus, but it does work better. You can make any of our hummus recipes in one of our other jars. If the hummus recipe calls for the Twister jar, you will most likely need to double the recipe with one of the other jars, and may need to stop and scrape the sides.
