White Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1(15 oz.) can low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 avocado pitted and peeled
- 2 cans northern white beans drained and divided
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn not drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 bunch cilantro for garnish; optional

Instructions
- Add chicken broth, avocado, and ¾ cup of beans to the FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Sauces" or blend on a Medium to Medium Low speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a 4-quart slow cooker.
- Add remaining beans, chicken, green chilies, onion, corn, salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder to slow cooker and mix well to blend flavors.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with corn bread or whole wheat folded tortillas.
This was a little disappointing. I found it more bland/watery than I’d anticipated. I’m still thinking about how to liven it up some because I really wanted this recipe to work!
dumb question but are you putting the chicken in raw? I am guessing yes…
Good Lord, unterderlaterne? What are you going to do if they use GMO on the tree’s that they use to make your toilet paper?? Use your hand because it’s more "Organic"?…..Yes, I get the whole "added chemicals and herbicides, etc.,etc" put on the crops is hazardous. But those corporations do what they are doing because YOU, "The American Public" asked for PERFECT looking veggies to put on your table. I’m sure my opinion is going to bring out ALL you "Experts" out there, to tell me what an idiot I am…..Bring it on. I don’t care what you say or think. I’m going to eat what I want, when I want. Because in the end, We ALL end up in the same shape….DEAD! Tomorrow is not guaranteed. I’m going to enjoy my food while I’m here.
The chicken for this recipe is raw. The chicken will cook through while in the slow-cooker.
Where is the sauce button located on the blendtec 625? Can’t seem to locate that function. Thanks!
