This was delicious – I omitted the onion, lemon and worcestershire and added a large handful of spinach, carrot and half a large apple.
There is a vegetarian version available!
LOVED this vegetable juice! I have been juicing for years and this was by far the best recipe I have ever tasted. I am a vegan too, so I just added extra celery and did the black pepper instead of the Worcestershire.
You want to freeze most of the ingredients for an hour pre-blending so it’s cold when you finish.
