    Followed recipe exactly and mine did not turn out like this one. It is pale red and has lots of pulp on top and it has risen to the top and clear on the bottom. Doesn’t taste good at all. I’m very disappointed.

    Try replacing the water with clam juice and I agree couple drops of hot sauce

    Love it, I could drink liters of it. The only point is than I don’t use Worcestershire sauce beause I’m vegan and this sauce is made with anchovies, I’m just add a pinch of black pepper

    Do you throw in the peeled lemon slice, or the whole thing?

    I will try Bragg’s aminos as I use that in all recipes calling for soy or Worcestershire sauce. Not sure whether Bragg’s is vegan friendly. I switched it out in both our soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce bottles and my very discriminating husband never knew the difference ;)
