You can try coconut milk or coconut cream, but it won’t be as sweet. Anyone else have a suggestion for Dee?

I only use 1% milk, and I’m trying to watch the fat and calories. Is using the 1% going to affect this? What can I use in place of half and half and creamer? I have a Ninja Ultima BL820 Kitchen System blender, and need to make this vanilla ice cream in the morning, 7/17/2015. Can you help.

You can use soy milk instead of half and half or half milk, half cream. 1% milk is fine.

Can you use coffee cream and the 1% milk to make the half and half? How much do I use of each?

Which recipe are you making? You said vanilla in your first comment but you’re asking on the Quick Strawberry Ice Cream recipe. Whichever it is, use half milk and half cream to equal whatever the recipe calls for. (so, if it’s the vanilla recipe that calls for 1/4 cup of half and half, use 1/8 cup of milk, 1/8 cup of cream).
