  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar. Select Speed 2. Run for 5-10 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated, turning lid counterclockwise during blending.

    I prepared this with homemade full fat Greek yogurt , more satisfying than fat free, it was delicious ! Kept the hunger away longer than with fat- free yogurt !
