Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener of choice (to taste)
  • 1 cups olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 7 tbsp. rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid. 
  2. Blend on “Dressings/Batters/Dips/Sauces” cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30 seconds. 
  3. Start running it on a Low speed and near the opening of the plastic lid insert, add oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified (approximately 20 seconds). Stop the blending as the emulsification process has met its threshold.

    Apparently a solution has been found , less soy sauce and less oil !
