The recipe sounds yummy. I love the recipes Blendtec posts and am grateful to have new ideas. Thank you!
I don’t use agave nectar anymore because it isn’t really a natural sweetener and it has a higher concentration of fructose in it than high fructose corn syrup. I love coconut sugar (either crystals or syrup). It is very low glycemic (35). I always like to promote it so it gets more popular. I also like stevia because it has tons of benefits, but it’s very potent, so I only use a tiny bit. :)
Is this a typo? How can whole-fat yogurt only have 1.5g of fat?
Use xylitol instead of agave. Much better taste than stevia.
i love most of the recipes you send out…
however i must say today, that i am allergic too yogurt
perhaps next time will be a winner for me…
i wish you all a happy day…
SERVING, 1/2 cup? Why bother?? Stevia,…. okay. Want to hear more substitutions.
