Hummus Recipe
Hummus is an inexpensive, high-fiber and protein-packed food, yet only a few home chefs dabble in this dip. This Middle Eastern mixture of chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, and tahini has endless possibilities, so there's no reason for hummus humdrum.

The Twister is best for making the hummus. You don’t even have to scrape it down, the twisting motion takes care of everything!
I’m also using the Wildside Jar for this amazing hummus, also the Wildside Jar is great for making Peanut butters, almond butters etc etc
I just bought the Classic 570 and it doesn’t have a "sauce" button. It just has low, medium or high speeds. What speed should I use?
Blend on Medium Low (speed 3 or 4) for 30
seconds.
I make it in my Wildside jar all the time. I double the recipe, usually leave out the tahini unless I have it on hand (homemade is best), and never have to scrape the sides. Makes plenty of hummus for the whole week!
