Hummus Recipe
Hummus is an inexpensive, high-fiber and protein-packed food, yet only a few home chefs dabble in this dip. This Middle Eastern mixture of chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, and tahini has endless possibilities, so there's no reason for hummus humdrum.

Hi Vivian, we don’t currently have a recipe for avocado hummus but you could just add avocados to this recipe.
My Blendtec Designer 625 doesn’t have a "Sauce" setting. What settings should I use to blend this hummus?
This was a perfect recipe for the Twister jar. Instead of tahini, I added an extra TBS of olive oil and 1/4 of toasted sesame seeds. (Made the tahini when I made the hummus!). Turned out perfectly.
Well, since no one answered, I will update that I’ve been making delicious hummus using the Wildside jar. I use a spatula to scrape sides a couple times and pulse until it reaches a nice consistency. Awesome hummus!
Use the manual slider and select the second speed. Allow hummus to blend for 20-30 seconds until desired texture is achieved.
