Where can you buy dried mixed vegetables?

I googled dried vegetable mix and found a non-GMO Vegetable on amazon. Here’s the link – http://www.amazon.com/Harmo…
If the link doesn’t work – look for Harmony House Foods Soup Mix, Dried Vegetable

I’m sure there are other brands… but wanted to answer your question… :)

Has anyone tried drying their own vegetables in the dehydrator to make a dried vegetable mix for this recipe? It seems this would be a great way to use some of those over productive veggies from the garden.

For the mixed veggies I simply used some dried tomatoes, yellow peppers and corn which I had from my garden. Also added some basil and oregano instead of marjoram. It was super easy to make, and very delish.
