  • 2 clementines peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid.

    Flax meal should be stored in the freezer and used up within a few weeks. If you store it in the fridge, be sure it’s in a air tight container, and used within a few days. Flax will stay longer when it is not meal.
