  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 stalk celery halved
  • 1/2 cucumber ends removed, halved lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups leafy greens lightly packed
  • 2 cups water chilled
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

    You can do that! You’ll just have to make sure there’s enough water in the jar to blend the ginger and then strain it through a nut milk bag or something similar. However, if you were just going to put it in whole, the peel is thicker and more fibrous so it won’t break down all the way.

    OK that sounds a little gross (!) so I’ll exert 3 calories and cut the peel off and put it right into the juice. Probably healthier anyway. Thanks!!!!!

    I absolutely loved this! I wasn’t sure how much cucumber to use, since they come in different sizes. I used half of an English cuke (the big long ones) and it worked great. The nutritional information is off, though. It’s closer to 300 calories for the whole thing.
