Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup popcorn kernels

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add popcorn kernels to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
- Add all ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed. Secure lid and press "Speed Up" to Speed 6. Allow blender to run for 30 seconds or until batter is mixed.
- Pour batter into greased 8-x-4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Corn Flour can be made easily in the FourSide jar. Add 2 cups of popcorn to FourSide jar and secure lid. Select Speed 7 and allow to run 1 full cycle. To get a finer flour, run the cycle one more time on Speed 7.
