I just received the Blendtec blender and a kitchen scale at the same time. I decided to make blender brownies and used the gram measurements so that I could try out my new scale. Grams are included in the version of this recipe that’s printed in the booklet that comes with the Blendtec blender. Just a heads up to others: the grams measurements listed are incorrect for the cocoa powder, flour, and chocolate chips. I learned this the hard way. Cocoa powder should be 64g not 120g, flour should be closer to 125g, not 210g. My mix ended up too thick and overloaded the blender (message on the blender screen). Batter did not pour out - had to spoon it out and press into pan. Talk about breaking in your blender. I’ll try the recipe again some other time.

Could u replace the butter with coconut oil and sugar with stevia?

  • Blendtec

You can replace the butter with coconut oil. There are many types of stevia so please look at the type that you have and read for it’s suggested amount to substitute the sugar. Also, know that the taste and texture of the brownies will change.
