Is it possible to make it with Wild Side Jar?

  • Blendtec

Hi Kay, yes you can make almond butter in the WildSide jar. You may need to stop the blender a few times during blending to scrape down the sides of the jar.

I tried with the wildside using raw almonds and it did not turn out creamy at all. I stopped and scrapped down the sides at least a dozen times. I don’t want it to get too hot as it won’t still be considered raw then. any tips?

Hi Blendtec – for those of us with more "senior moments" than we care to admit, are there any plans to make the online recipe index easier to use — for example, "click here for a simple list," and perhaps searchable way to only pull up recipes that use the jar we have (classic blender, Wildside jar for me)

Hi Heather. When using raw almonds, it’s more difficult to get the creamy texture. If you want to add additional oil when you make it, that will help achieve a more creamy texture.
