Whole Wheat Spinach Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups spinach loosely packed
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Add egg, water and spinach to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar. Hold lid with one hand, and with other hand press "Pulse" 6–8 times or until spinach is pureed.
- Add flour and replace lid. Hold lid with one hand, and with other hand pulse 10–14 times to incorporate flour. Turn Twister lid counterclockwise during blending.
- Dump dough on work surface, and form dough ball. Roll out dough, cut to desired noodle size with pizza cutter or knife, and let dry for 20 minutes.
- Boil in salted water for 6-8 minutes or until tender.
Can you make this with the WildSide?
This pasta was very good but I would warn you that you need to roll the pasta out very thin to get it to cook thoroughly. I made this rookie mistake on my first go around.
can you use the other jars to make pasta?
You can but you’d have to at least double the recipe and frequently scrape it down. Sounds like a pain to me. Just a suggestion… do just the first step in your blender jar. Pour the flour onto your work surface and make a "well" in the middle. Dump the blended mixture into the middle of your pile of flour and gradually work it in with your hands… continue onto step 3. :>
