So many people are trying to improve their intake of potassium these days; would be a nice number to include in nutritional information.
What is the serving size? It can’t be more than a cup…
Oh, I’m sorry. I just saw that it is 1 cup per serving. I will try this and add 1 tablespoon of Chia Powder to make it thicker as I do with almost all my smoothies.
5 cups…thats what is noted above!
I have read that you are supposed to have your smoothie right away. You are not supposed to have them as leftovers. I am alone and cannot drink 5 servings and one serving is too small to blend right
