WHOLE JUICE

With traditional juicing, a machine squeezes all of the juice out of a fruit or vegetable and leaves you with just the juice. When juicing in your Blendtec blender, whole fruits and vegetables are pulverized so that you get a smooth juice without having to throw away the pulp, which is full of fiber, protein, and nutrition. INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 apple cored
  • 1 slice cantaloupe rind removed
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/4 orange
  • 1 slice pineapple, rind removed
  • 3 strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
