HUMMUS

By now, you’ve noticed that your Blendtec is so much more than just a smoothie maker. Hummus can be a great snack for parties, watching football games, or an after-school snack for kids. Enjoy it with chips, vegetables, or pita bread!

CLASSIC HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz can chickpeas drained and ⅓ cup liquid reserved
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic quartered
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients, including chickpea liquid, to FourSide, WildSide+, Mini WildSide or Twister jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Dips/Batters" cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30 seconds.
