Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In small bowl, beat egg white to stiff froth.
- Add egg yolk, milk, and sour cream to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl, and beat until perfectly blended and foamy.
- Add flour and salt to bowl, and continue beating for 8–10 minutes.
- Fold in beaten egg white, and turn at once into hot iron gem pans. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
