- 1/2 tsp. celery, onion, or garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup wheat berries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add wheat berries to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
- Add flour and remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and select "Batter."
- Grease cookie sheets, and spread 1 cup batter on each cookie sheet. Sprinkle with celery, onion, or garlic salt, if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cookie sheets, and break into chip-size pieces.
