- 1 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup instant powdered milk
- 4 cups long-grain brown rice
- 1/3 cup oat bran cereal
- 3/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup potato starch
- 4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 4 tbsp. xanthan gum

Instructions
- Add brown rice, white rice, popcorn kernels, and oat bran cereal to Kitchen Mill (not more than 3 cups of ingredients at a time), and grind into flour.
