Ingredients
- 1/4 cup half and half (half milk/half cream)
- 3 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups whole milk cubes (about 1 tray of frozen milk)

Instructions
- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select "Ice Cream" cycle.
- If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved.
Note: If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
I tried this recipe last night and am sorry to say that my Blendtec would not permit me to choose the ‘ice cream’ button. My only option was ‘smoothie’ and we ended up with vanilla milkshakes – so sad
I just made this and it came out as runny as regular milk. I don’t know what I did wrong, I followed the receipe exactly. I read the reviews and it said to add more ice milk cubes but the consistency is the same.
I just made this with Maple Syrup instead of condensed milk since I don’t have condensed milk, turned out like perfect soft serve, only a little runny but i put it in the freezer for 20 minutes just to make it perfect.
i watched the demo guy make ice cream with this machine. He use stevia for sweetener, half & half, whe powder, strawberries and ice cubes.
mine was runny. what I can do? :(
