Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 tbsp. chicken or vegetable bouillon
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups cooked soybeans
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup wheat berries or dried beans
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas

Instructions
- Add wheat berries or dried beans to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour; set aside.
- Heat water in saucepan, add vegetable bouillon, and mix well. Add onion, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms to saucepan, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add soybeans and chickpeas to WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 6–8 times or until mixture is desired texture.
- Add bean mixture, cooked vegetables, rice, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, oil, eggs, and wheat or bean flour to large mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are incorporated.
- Scoop ¼ cup portions into hot skillet coated with cooking spray. Brown burgers on both sides.
