Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados peeled, pitted & divided
  • 1/4 red pepper seeded & roughly chopped
  • 1/4 small onion roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic halved
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions trimmed and halved
  • 1(15 oz.) can unsweetened corn

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except 1 avocado to a WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 4 times.
  2. Add remaining avocado and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 3-4 more times or until desired texture is reached.

Notes

  • To add more heat, add jalapeño pepper
  • For a dip higher in protein, fold in 1 cup cooked black beans

    Decrease the recipe by 1/3. You may have to stop the blender during blending and stir it up a little (it’ll be a little bit more work in the FourSide jar but it is possible!).
